What is the difference between handmade and stamped sinks?
Handmade sinks are welded from a single sheet of steel with 90° sharp corners, flat bottoms and thicker gauge options (16ga). Stamped sinks are formed through dies, producing rounded corners and typically 18-20 gauge. Handmade sinks are better for high-end and commercial applications.
What gauge thickness do you recommend?
For residential use, 18 gauge (1.2mm) offers excellent value and durability. For commercial or high-end residential, 16 gauge (1.5mm) provides stronger dent resistance and a more substantial feel. We recommend 16 gauge for handmade sinks and 18 gauge for stamped models.
Can you produce custom sizes?
Yes, we specialize in custom sizes and configurations. We can produce sinks to your exact dimensions with custom drain positions, accessory ledges and special features. Minimum order quantities apply for custom sizes.
What is the MOQ?
Standard models: 50-100 pieces. Custom sizes and configurations: 100-200 pieces depending on specifications. We offer flexible MOQ for trial orders and can accommodate smaller quantities for long-term clients.
What finishes are available?
